Plain-language summary

Race Day is private by default. Moore Performance uses the information you enter to secure your account, save your race plans, deliver reminders you request and help you review your races. We do not sell your information or use it for targeted advertising. Coaches cannot see your Race Day information unless you choose to export or send it to them.

Who is responsible

Moore Performance operates Race Day. Privacy questions, access requests or complaints can be sent to info@mooreperformance.com.au.

Information we collect

  • Your name and email address.
  • Race details, goals, planned and actual times, checklists, execution notes, fuelling and hydration choices, reflections and optional emergency-contact information.
  • Account security records, consent records and limited technical information needed to prevent abusive code requests.
  • A device notification endpoint and timezone if you enable background reminders.
  • Non-identifying daily usage totals for a small set of product actions, such as opening a workspace or creating a race. These totals are not stored with your name, email, device or race content.
  • Information you choose to include in a support or feedback email.

Why we use it

  • To verify your email and protect your account.
  • To save, sync, export and delete your athlete-owned race information.
  • To send login codes and reminders you request.
  • To operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve Race Day.
  • To respond when you contact Moore Performance.

Service providers and overseas processing

Race Day uses specialist providers for hosting and database services, email verification and email delivery. These currently include OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare infrastructure, Supabase and Resend. Those providers may process information outside Australia, including in the United States and other locations where they operate. They receive only the information required to provide their service.

Keeping and protecting information

Race plans are separated by athlete account. Browser sessions use secure HTTP-only cookies and stored session identifiers are hashed. Production backups are private and retained on a rolling basis. We keep account and race information until you delete it or ask us to remove it, unless a longer period is reasonably required for security, legal or dispute purposes.

Your choices and rights

You can edit your information, download a complete Race Day export, disable reminders, sign out or delete your Race Day data from your profile. To ask for access, correction or help with deletion, email Moore Performance. If you believe information has been mishandled, contact us with the details; we will investigate and respond.

Important health boundary

Race Day stores athlete-entered planning information. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical, nutrition or coaching prescriptions. Seek appropriately qualified advice where needed.

Changes

We will update this page when Race Day’s information practices materially change. The current date will always appear at the top.
